Wow… I never thought that at 63 my brain would feel the same as when I was 24 years old. If you’re not here where I am, you will no doubt feel the same way I do. Oh yeah, the body got bigger and then your bones will start snapping as you move your arms to and fro. Fingers, especially my left had, got harder to squeeze into a fist as it felt tight and a little painful…. I tried squeezing a small ball and that made it worst. I was most worried about my knees as at times I would feel a little pain as I walked up the stairs to the 2nd floor. I wondered at what point would I need to stop using the stairs? Then there was that pain in my left shoulder that waited to greet me each morning I awoke. Blood pressure was also 147/90, I believe it was, and I weighed nearly 265 lbs. I figured I had to do something….
Then a good friend of mine introduced me to a product that was all natural, easy to take, and in week or so, my pain was gone. Two health checks after starting the fix, my blood pressure was down to 128/81… Wow… I even lost a few pounds… and there are no more pain in my fingers or knees. This year I will be 65 and feeling good …
